Love your videos
Nice!
I was thinking playing again but I haven't played for like 2 or 3 years so this guide is perfect thanks so much. Your videos are great ๐ฏ
Stardew valley in the big 2026๐ฃ๐ฅ (I wanna play this game for the first time again)
NEXUS MODS HAS GREAT CHEAT SO THAT THE GAME FUN INSTEAD OF GRINGFEST!
GET VORTEX MOD LAUNCHER
This is one of those games I saw everybody into and thought I wouldn't like myself, but I quickly became just as invested and obsessed for a good while ๐
You are one of my favorite Stardew creators! You have helped me so much and are helping keep the magic alive!! โคโคโค I will always watch these videos!
It's not just one new farm type in the next update. There appears to be a collaboration between CA and the creator of the SVE mod. Please let Sophie be one of the new NPCs!
If you need a real test of patience – try to setup an ostrich farm (all fed with golden cracker) to weekly supply 1 big shed of mayo machines. Good luck.
Thank you Lily
Just started playing this months ago and now hopelessly addicted to perfection. My next run will (hopefully) be more cozy.
Just started dewin in the stars like a month ago, coming from dark souls now to this ๐๐๐ such relaxation
"Pick the mushroom cave" Loud incorrect buzzer noise Pick whichever cave you want but fruit is the better option, most fruit tree fruits are more valuable than the mushrooms especially because the Botanist profession effects the fruit cave items but not the mushrooms, the free dehydrator is a bonus but the only benefit it has is being faster than preserves jars and kegs as turning 5 mushrooms into 1 dried mushrooms is less profitable than pickling all 5, plus you'd need to factor in the money you save not buying fruit trees as in total getting 1 of every fruit tree costs 25,400g over double the price of the dehydrator recipe which is 10,000g (and even if you pick the mushroom cave you'll still need to buy the recipe anyway for perfection), fruits also make better gifts and the mushroom cave mandates collecting them every other day or else you lose profits while the fruit bat cave is completely hands off, if you really want mushrooms you're better off using mushroom logs
Twenty-two strawberry seeds?
*Looks at my farm
One hundred and forty-four is close to that, right?
I'm going to lose my mind when Haunted Chocolatier comes out
On harvesting skill, since we get respec options I favor the tree side in year 1 for making my construction flurry much cheaper.
The foraging line doesn't really pay out until you already have enough income to get that respec.
And even then, I tend to not invest much in pigs at all because I dislike how much they add to the daily chores list. There's usually just one for access to ingredients.
At that point only picking iridium quality is a major benefit for inventory space though.
Nah I'm just gonna go 1 space of each seed I can get with 1 space apart with no sprinkler and do that for 100 seeds first, then I'll figure the rest as I go.
I have had this game since day one, and decided I wanted to come back and play it fresh and this guide was so helpful.
Omg I canโt believe that there are STILL guides getting made on this game๐ฎ๐ฎbut I can really ๐ I do hope though that once the next update is done that more gets put into getting haunted chocolatier finished๐I do so loooove SDV but would like to move onto a new era
I'm thinking of a playthrough where I let the farm grow wild and only harvest crops in the sun room.
(Still deciding if I grow the quest crops on the farm, or if I cheese in the green house)
Ok guess I'll start a new file again
Tulips are not a universal love. Evelyn loves them. Most villagers like them & Clint, George & Sebby actually hate them.
I'm embarrassed that I'm on my 7th farm and I'm still using guides for the community center ๐ PTSD from forgetting a single item in the past!
I'm not a fan of mushroom cave my main default is fruit bats because I can't keep up with mushrooms due to always being busy on other thing and with the harvester skill it can be iridium quality but without is better if your doing sell extra bonus sorry I forgot the skill name the on for product sell if you know I'm trying to say like sell wine at more cost I'm actually migraine trying to remember
For those who experience burnout it's also important to remember that mods exist on most platforms and range from small tweaks and Quality of Life features (like more info in tooltips) to added crops and NPCs, new areas, all the way to expansions that add as much content as the base game. Some can be a little cheaty (both fruit and mushrooms in the cave or being able to access chests through the menu), but it's a single player game so do what you want. Point is if you like the gameplay but burnout on one aspect or just the year 2 repetition, there are a thousand ways to tweak the experience to your liking. Not to mention dozens of new farm types and expanded areas.
4:35 Easy speed gro: Plant the four crops for the spring crops bundle. Morning of the egg festival, hoe and water some tiles in advance. Evening of the festival, go complete the bundle (reward is 20 speed gro), put that and strawberry seeds in those tiles from the morning.
I disagree that mushroom cave is better , all those types of mushrooms can be found as a forage items all around valley , in the mines , or can be obtained through mushroom logs that isn't hard to craft . Meanwhile fruit cave can give you fruits from fruit trees so you don't have to plant expensive saplings , wait ton of time , or pay 1000+ g to traveling merchant to get one fruit of each kind that is required for community centre bundles . The only fruit tree that i would recommend to plant is apples since you need at least 4 apples to complete 2 bundles + there's a few bundles where you also could use apples as unnecessary option . Also I think that kilns are not worth it , getting 1 coal at the price of 10 wood is a waste of resources , who actually uses those kilns , i collect a lot of coal to trade it for mahogany seeds but even in this case i never used kilns .
Ezlily my old friend how long has it been 3 years?
Never managed to get into this game before but started playing just over a couple weeks ago n now im nearly year 3 n 68hours ๐ . Glad I decided to give It a proper go!
I just played this game recently
And tbh I'm kinda confused with what to do
1st year and I'm not able to make good gold
Like if only get 5-6k per day
Will be going to my 2nd year
Hopefully I'll be able to change some things up
And tips as well would be appreciated
Mushroom cave used to be my go-to choice, but the coming of mushroom log changed the game. Iโve always chosen the bat cave since then.
the best start is to catch the legend in year one
I just started last week and how many I restarted, I canโt count ๐
Thank you so much for this, I started my farm in 2020 and got to winter of year 1 without doing much but getting farm animals. Now I picked it back up and realized I forgot how to do anything ๐ thankfully I can pump out mayo and cheese enough now to get by
i feel like we should just let new players play how they want and experience it naturally instead of saying "you should do this"
What exactly makes the four player farm the best multiplayer farm? I always found it pretty poor if you are playing cooperatively.
Best tip save daffodils from the first season and gift to Haley to increase your friendship with her so you have a flower dance partner
You can reliably get 20 Speed-Gro on Spring 13 of Year 1, by completing the Spring Crops Bundle! You have to do it after the Egg Festival that night, which means turning around to the Community Center to turn in the Cauliflower you planted on Day 1 (you DID plant a Cauliflower, didn't you?) to complete the bundle, then running back to the farm to plant and fertilize your Strawberries!
Never pick the mushroom cave. The mushroom logs make it useless. The fruit bat cave guarantees that you will have everything you need for the community center without having to wait for expensive fruit trees to grow.
I get easily distracted in this game, so I think Iโm gonna focus on 1 skill a day on my new farm.
My personal best tip is download a mod that makes the days longer.
It makes everything so much enjoyable. For those who don't know, a single day takes around 14 minutes (14min, 20 sec).
Lets you stop and think.
Came across you through google when looking for seeds, I love that you talk slow and calmy, it means chill people can watch casually and adhd people (like me) can watch on x3 finally, I can still just about understand on x3 subscribed xD lmao take this comment as the universe saying keep being you no matter what everyone else is doing because there's someone for everyone
A date bought me this game to play with her last month and left when I got too addicted and didnโt give her attention๐คฃ
You'll actually want to do the fruit cave over the mushroom cave since we got the mushroom stumps in the last patch getting the fruit cave did you one step closer to completing the community center
I'm new and picked everything wrong ๐ I got more wood buff and then mushroom cave… I also picked the forest farm.. maybe I should restart๐ข
This is advice, but not good advice. For example, never go to the spa for energy. You lose so much time.
And when chopping trees, leave the stumps. You get 12 exp for chopping the tree, and only 2 for the stump. The stumps also drop less materials
I would advise against picking the rancher skill, even on the meadowlands farm. The 40% from artisan goods at lvl 10 for the tiller is much better than the 20% from the animal products.
Turn your eggs into mayonnaise too, it only takes 3 hours for an egg to become mayo and you get the machine for it very early on as well.
First time player. I played pretty much blind through the first year. Wanted to restart several times but kept going. Now, I'm in year 3. I got access to star fruits and my income exploded and I face another crisis. Since, I can buy almost everything. My focus has shifted to gathering rare items for crafting.
