Small fun fact about the Shimmer: If you are in the Underworld you automatically get immunity to Shimmer. I am not entirely sure why, however I feel as though it's to prevent people from phasing out of bounds.
Another good one, zombie arms shimmer int whoopie cushions, so if you don’t mind the noise (the Quack in a jar texture pack helps), the fart in a jar is a pretty decent upgrade over the cloud in a bottle and you can get it quite easily via that transmutation

The cloak does NOT prevent all forms of phasing. You still cannot fish in the shimmer 🙁
