For the OOA exploit, is it still possible to keep Etherian Mana in chests between the events? In 1.4.4 you can store Etherian Mana in chests and it doesn't dissapear as long as you only open that chest when OOA event is active. So you could store any excess mana (very easy to do of you're a Summoner, you don't really need sentries to complete any tier) and then spend it all on wave 1, when no airborne enemies spawn.

town npcs only decrease hostile mob spawns sp using a battle potion/watter candle in a town os great for bait/critters! i fish a lot so this one has helped me tons, especially with lavaproof bait early game

I don't get it why piranha gun can't be passive background source of damage like rainbow gun, cloud stuff or lightsaber. Like just let me use other weapons while piranha stick to enemy.
Somewhat well known Strat by now but queen bee takes damage from enemies if any bee exists in the world. Hardmode enemy statues make queen bee die extremely fast.
If they do fix the etherian crystal exploit, I hope they consider making it possible in journey mode by duplicating them. though even for journey mode that would be busted. it looks so fun
Theofe Drain tech was better in 1.4.4 when you could stack 99 Dummies in one spot. It wasn't good enough to let you facetank, but 26 HP/sec regen just from your weapon is still pretty busted.

It's so obvious to the point of veterans not bothering to mention it, but the eye of cthulhu is also beneficial in hardmode bossfights because it will drop a lot of hearts upon death. If potion sickness and charm of myths aren't enough for specific build, arena, or boss, you can spawn Eyes to get a quick pick-me-up
