If ratthew came inside the office he talks about his sister rattinna and she disappeared with no letter and if he left a key take it and go in 5 room and go to the poster and press the break the poster and you unlock the safe and you will see something.

Here is a tip the bed monster and animal Hospital is Canadian so give him maple syrup
All the tips I know: let in the patient with Hollow eyes. They are just a possessed patient and they will start a death ritual after that their eyes will go back to normal and if a patient starts a ritual extinguish the candle with eye drops to not lose any sanity and the key ratthew gives you goes to a safe behind a poster in room 5 and there will be a photo of his sis rattina and a suitcase with a note and you can use the fire extinguisher for the ghost it jst takes a long time and the ghost only appears if you kill a patient and another way to get rid of the ghost is to shoot it in the chest

Tips:
1.First patient always needs herbs and second patient always needs eye drops
2.Use the maple syrup on the bed monster and run in the red area
3.Use the eye drops on the candles in a death ritual it will turn the patient back to normal
4.Use the fire extinguisher on the green slime
