I’ve looked all-round both CurseForge and Modrinth.
It seens the mod has been taken down/removed by the devs idk. I recomend downloading the entire modpack from CurseForge and copying the mod from there.
That’s assuming it’s also not broken there.
it seems the newest version is 1.2.10
there is also a comment in the curseforge / githubthat he cleaned up and renamed some stuff
try downloading 1.2.10 and rename to 1.3.0 and see if it works
