I’ve had three or four of these and I have no idea what it means. I’ve never seen it before. I’m at the beach and the fish with these….hats(?) are very fast and tricky to catch.

That’s one of the legendary fish. The little hat is just to let you know that it’s not a regular fish. You can only catch one of each legendary fish.
It’s a legendary. They have a little crown on their heads.
You’re seeing a legend fish, the little crown indicates it. Don’t feel bad for not catching on the first try, legends are always tough to catch
I know it’s supposed to be a crown but all I see is a hard hat.
