In my first ever playthrough the drax was in a shadow chest, it’s actually kind of crazy that used to be a thing, it confused me so much when I finally played a later version.
i played terraria on mobile as a kid, but then i grew up and only started playing terraria again after 1.4.4 came out. i was surprised when i couldn't find drax in shadow chests. falling into the shimmer was even more confusing
I managed to get the drax once on an old mobile I thought I was crazy my friend thought I was crazy and thought somehow I managed to cheat and get it early. This is my first confirmation that it was intended.
i have xbox 360 edition which is like the transition between modern and old versions as it has ocram and arch demons, but much of the old gimmick stuff is gone, hell is still dark. drax isnt in shadow chests. but crimson exists, and duke fishron is the strongest boss.
I have Terraria on an IPad (just THE IPad, like the first model), and I've played on it for so long I treat it and modern terraria as separate versions like modded or vanilla. We need to use the wiki for the 3DS content, which is a little weird but Souls of Blight are pretty cool to have
In my day im play Terraria Like ani Normal day in The Nait i see Masag say (You Feeling by Eval Wahts you) and i say Waht is Taht and i see Big Eay in my Box of stone and Thes my only Time im say (WAHT F….)

Who else remembers those purple dots on the map on Xbox 360 which showed where the enemies were?
You could see enemy health, you just had to hover your cursor over them.

Key molds were an objectively annoying feature, but I don't know… I kinda miss them
