I'm currently doing my first sky block and was wondering why I have 145 wood but I'm not getting an option to craft platforms at all, where they moved to a certain crafting station or something because the workbench isn't showing anything the same as the solidifier and slime blocks ????

The crafting table is also missing from your recipes too. There’s no crafting table recipe.

That’s strange. Have you tried using the search function, or trying other worlds?
If you’re on a console, try crafting it away from a crafting table.
