The first memory I have of Minecraft is handing the iPad off to my older brother so he could build me a pink wool box for my house. 2nd memory was building a heart shaped box all the way up to the old build height out of diamond blocks.

The original beta. Just building a massive obsidian tower for no reason when my brother walked by and said I’ll never amass that much obsidian.
Which is why I always fill a shulker with it now.

First time was on the ps3 with my cousin, I hung out at his place and he had Minecraft. My earliest memory from it was throwing around ender pearls while they had no cd at the time, building iron gold and diamond houses and flying around to the world border since it was very small back then, which if I recall was just water.

I started the demo version, it became night and a „horrifying“ skeleton wreath thing startled me to death. I was so horrified I had to take a break.

The first time I played Minecraft, my older brother was away from the computer, I pressed a random key, probably a movement key, which made his character fall in a lake and drown. That was in 2011.

I was at my cousin’s. He told me how to do things then went to play with his friends. I dug under a tree and it became night time. The screen was pitch black so I gave up and said it was stupid. Then I got sucked into SMP series and got it on my own computer, learned how to play properly and here I am 15 years later.

I don’t remember my first time playing but I do remember my first memory was I was in a world on our family’s ps3, my dad and brother had just quit. Now for some reason which I don’t remember I went into my dad’s house, which I remember was birch and dark oak grid floor with either birch or dark oak double doors, and there was a skeleton so I basically ran out and I fell into a hole. Now I had accidently pressed L3 as well so I was in 3rd person and the skeleton got in my hole so I started crying because I was gonna die and my brother kept telling me to press L3 while laughing and I didn’t know what L3 was so I spammed the controller still crying. Then I died and I don’t remember anything else. This was back in 2015

Well I discovered Minecraft back in 2020 with the classic.minecraft.net and it was basically the first 3d game I played. I knew only how to break so my first world had a bit too much tunnels at bedrock level. Then I learned right click so I could place blocks, then I learned I could middle click to get different blocks so my builds were a little bit limited and I somehow learn to open inventory and my mind is blown with 32 blocks available. Then I learn some Minecraft skills like jump placing etc.

Survival mode; I learned quick to gather wood and enclose myself deep within the earth.
I still do with all these new caves.
Survival island is much less tedious now.
I remember being legit terrified the first few nights.

the first time i played was over at a friends house in like 3-5th grade. i hadnt used whatever console it was before so i was confused how to move, and while i was trying to figure it out someone with a yoda skin came up and burried me in a hole and I couldnt get out

The first time I ever saw Minecraft was one day I was sitting in the bedroom and heard my fiancé just kind of freaking out over something, so I go into the living room and I see him at his desk, at his PC, and he’s playing this wonderful blocky game, and I stood behind him for about 15 minutes watching and kept asking, what is this game? I wanna play this. This looks so fun, and he said it’s Minecraft. Do you want to at least try it first before I buy it for you? So I tried it. I tried it, and the first 10 minutes in, I was so freaking happy. I was like, okay, we need to buy this, so he bought it for me and ever since it’s been a game that I go on every single day, I open up Minecraft to play, and then I got the bedrock edition because I wanted to try that out, and I enjoyed that one as well. Minecraft, my first impressions of Minecraft, I wish I could get that back every time I open up my game! And now I’m just sitting here waiting for Minecraft dungeons two, so that I can play that as
