You could consider adding spat shorts underneath and/or a petticoat to obscure the shape. Look at how the Mario Kart games handle the princesses’ upskirts – they have a slightly concave shape of white and their dress color that their legs disappear into.
Do like short leggings in grey or black is honestly just fine, they do this on like, overwatch heros in short skirts all the time.
