Right now I'm using carrots, some sugarcane, and a bit of pumpkins for emeralds, but I need 19,800 emeralds for the 11 Singularities needed for an Infinity Ingot, so I need something much more en masse.

Probably a supermassive pumpkin and melon automatic farm combined with curing the villagers for the best trades
