When Minecraft showed us the enderman in the promotional teasers for the new drop this year, people might have thought of this as confirmation of an end update. But when people saw that the update was related to winter, there was only one other way to include the enderman in the next drop. The icy ender creeper.

I think it’s one of two things one it a possible mob for minecraft dungeon 2 that releases three days after minecraft live and two it is a possible end update after so long since the last update to the end with the purple flares
I don’t see why they would go all the way back to Story Mode to add a snow enderman that made one appearance.
The thing with an biome variant of the enderman is how it would tie to the end exactly. Do they exist on another dimension? Are they part of the End dimension we know?
I think we’ve gone insane but it would be really cool to see an enderman variant
After getting the dappled forests (autumn update) it would honestly be so cool if we got a winter forest biome, besides the spruce, that way we can get a nice white tree leaves block that stays white instead of spruce just becoming green again as soon as it’s mined up.
