To be fair, all those hundreds of hours have been spent on one farm😅 but this literally happened on my new save, Spring night 1 year 1. Like come on now😩 I’ve been dying for a meteor on my OG save dammit!

I think a meteor landed on my island but I forgot to look for it
I got two meteors in my first Spring. I didn’t even know what it was and why it happened twice, days from one another. My son flipped out. I was literally just trying the game to get into it with my wife.
It’s more likely to happen on fresh save farms as you have alot more open space with nothing on it, these need a 3×3 space of nothing being inside that space for it to happen even then with a 1% chance to trigger each night which can still trigger & fail because of somthing blocking the 3×3 space.
I’ve had multiple saves where i never have it happen as i clear out and fill my farms up with pathing quite early
