Some secret seeds up the difficulty my one so if you select master mode and it one ups it you get legendary (it is only pain)

When the world seed “For the Worthy” is active, the world difficulty increase by 1.
Normal becomes Expert, Expert becomes Master, Master becomes Legendary.
