The Melodic is a pretty unique horror/adventure mod that adds a whole new dimension with infinite multi-layered mazes, a fake Overworld, creepy mobs, its own lore, bosses, a Wanted system based around lighting, unique resources and a bunch of weird little mechanics.
It kinda gives me Backrooms vibes, but it takes the idea in a much more original direction instead of just being another generic Backrooms mod.
The whole thing feels like you're exploring some weird dream that you're really not supposed to be in

good lighting work, but “lengthy arm black creature with big glowing eyes”, “backrooms vibes” and “dream-like” does not seem unique bro
i like the idea of melodic snatchers though are they rare or not? imo i dont really like getting put into a dimension unless i want to be there or as punishment for a thing i intentionally partook in (like dim doors and limbo) especially sense it seems you cant get your items back. I would limit them to a structure or something of the sort. Plus I would like more horror mods that dont take up the main stage and take a backseat for most of the playthrough and this kinda mod really seems like it could be that however Melodic Snatchers make it work less
