Go buy them. For iridium go deep into skull cavern using stairs before mining like usual.

Just repeat certain floors of the mines that have the ore. Skull cavern is the place for iridium (bombs and luck) but the mines in town are the place for getting lots of copper, iron, and gold.

If you get the Gunther’s library app and search what ore you need it’ll show you what floors of the mines it’s usually on!! That app has been my life saver

  4. Farming ore is something of a mid game thing. Spend a day just grinding on 21/41/51(coal)81 of mines and you’ll probably get all you need for what you’re trying to achieve even in some decently high quantities.

But by late game when you’re trying to make millions, it ends up being much faster and easier to just buy 999 stacks of the ores and coals because your harvests will off set the costs. I have no desire to grind 1000 copper ore to make 100 tappers, or 3k copper and iron to make 600 kegs.

  5. Deep runs in the skull cavern.

You should prepare on the day before and only take the Tools and food/drinks you need. Check the TV for the luck, if you have bad luck just go back to bed.
Use a desert totem once you are ready so you can have a longer run, and skip the wait for the bus.

Staircases maybe for deeper travel, if you have a few crystalariums you can clone jade and trade those on sunday at the desert trader for stairs.

Answer: farm other things and buy ores from Clint. At some point into year 3 you would have infinite money

not really my thing, but it sounds kind of cozy to just dig around for treasures, you know?

I just buy copper and coal, go to lvl 70 for iron, skull caverns for gold and iridium.
