The same way they eat small Slime and Magma cubes and give out items in return, I suggest making it so that they eat Sulfur Cubes so players have an alternative source of Gunpowder besides Creepers.

I like this; it seems a balanced way to make gunpowder outside of creepers, ghasts, witches, and loot.
