This is a great site for making domes of any size: https://www.plotz.co.uk/ (choose sphere)
Unfortunately, a dome with a square base isn’t on that site. But maybe you could just start off with a normal dome at the top, and tweak it on the bottom layers so it gradually turns into a square.
