On my first farm I didn’t get a barn until year 3 bc I thought I needed to be prompted to build one like with the coop 🫣

I build a coop and didn’t feed chickens for so many time until I realized I have to put hay in coop

  3. On my first farm, I thought the shipping bin was a trash can, and took everything I had to sell directly to the associated vendors.

  4. On my very first day, I may have not entirely listened to Lewis when he mentioned the shipping bin being a… Bin, for shipping and thrown in the gifted 15 parsnip seeds in there.

I just sold everything. Didn’t know what to do. I thought fiber moss and coal weren’t important so if I got any I just saved it. Fucked myself over big time.

When I first played SDV I always binned off coal and clay because I assumed they were trash. Quickly learned a lesson there.

Classic – didnt understand how the upgrade water can / hoe worked. Thought the can just contained more water and took less energy to use, thought my chance of finding random stuff increased + less energy user with the hoe.

Planted all of my seeds that I bought with all of my money. For it to be withered the next day as it’s already a different season. 🙃

The first thing my wife did on our coop farm was accidentally buy a beer on day 1. She got the buttons mixed up. Then she gave it to Clint.

I gave my first prismatic shard to the museum. It took me eight years to find a new one for the galaxy sword, and I’ve been finding them everywhere since. Thankfully, that didn’t happen with the dino egg: I was too curious to see if it could hatch, and it did.
