Use rubies to get spicy eels from the desert trader + deconstruct staircases for 99 stone
if you just want speed and dont mind not having luck, crab cakes are a good alternative once you finish willy's 6 heart event because gus sells an unlimited amount of them for a few days for 550 a pop.
I am currently sitting on 150 crab cakes please help me

I remember to check the calendar like 3 times a year, take note of peoples birthdays, and instantly forget after 1-2 in game days.

I used spicy eel and coffee for the first time and I was MOVIN
Pepper poppers are much easier to craft than spicy eal just some cheese and peppers your golden so this really should say triple shot expresso and pepper poppers to speed your way around the valley
But one, jade is harder to come by, and two, what if you don't have the bus
On either Abigail or the wizard's birthday, I gave them ONE THING I can't remember what it was though, but it got me to like, EIGHT HEARTS OF FRIENDSHIP FROM LIKE, TWO HEARTS
Or just use auto run with coffee, also, eating the spicy eel would override the coffee's speed boost
