(surface placement method) found a naturally spawning above an ocean portal ruin with all blocks including corners and an empty block right under the gold, and a chest containing the exact amount of obsidian and a flint and steel to light a complete portal with no crying obsidian anywhere.

This only works on java, the cords are 5th, the seed is 2nd picture, and the last pic is the structure so you know i didnt build it.
